These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the Company. By using any of the WebMish Services, or clicking to “Accept” or otherwise agreeing to these Terms where that option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register with or use any Webmish.com Site or our Services. You also acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, and you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. 1. General Instructions
1.1 By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you are of legal age in your nation; in all situations, this means that you must be at least 18 years old.1.2 The general public is not permitted to use webmish.com; only qualified members may do so. Only those who have been individually invited by one of our members may use our website. Each deposit is regarded as a private transaction involving the member and webmish.com
1.3 This program is exempt from all other rules, regulations, and modifications since it is a private transaction and is not subject to the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the US Investment Company Act of 1940, or any other laws. The FDIC does not insure us. We are not a security company or a bank with a license.
1.4 You acknowledge that all conversations, information, and materials obtained from webmish.com are unsolicited and that they should be kept secret and safe from prying eyes. Furthermore, neither this information nor any communications or materials contained herein should be construed as an offer or a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction that prohibits non-public offers or solicitations, nor to any individual to whom such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.
1.5 Any information that a member provides to webmish.com will only be utilized secretly and won't be shared with outside parties. Any data loss is not the responsibility or liability of webmish.com.
2. Members Obligation
2.1 Member must be eighteen (18) years old or older.
2.2 Member should be in a sound and healthy mental state when applying for the Membership.
2.3 Member cannot take more than one plan simultaneously.
2.4 Member can enter into another plan when the duration/tenure of the existing plan has expired. All Plans have 03 months duration.
2.5 Member is allowed to extend the duration of their existing plans.
2.6 Member cannot demand/request the invested amount they have deposited until the fixed tenure of the plan has reached its completion.
2.7 If member is found guilty of providing false information or involved in any other fraud related to their account/identity, he/she will permanently be suspended from our system and services.
2.8 Members are expected to not let others access their personal information/details.
2.9 Member is not entitled to have more than one account at WebMish.com3. User Conduct
You consent to refrain from using the WebMish Site or our Services in any way that is not appropriate, including but not limited to:
3.1 Use any method other than the interfaces we offer to access (or attempt to access) any of our services;
3.2 Give someone else access to a single account;
3.3 Create or utilize numerous accounts (it allows one account per individual).;
3.4 Maintain or utilize any false identity or multiple identities, or otherwise fail to use your real identity and accurate contact, demographic, and other information when using our services; this includes using any technology (e.g., VPNs, proxies, single-use mobile numbers, or fake identity documents) to hide your location or true identity, or evading controls meant to prevent unauthorized or illegal access;
3.5 Post, upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute content that is obscene, indecent, vulgar, pornographic, sexual, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, as determined solely and absolutely by us;
3.6 Violate any party's intellectual property, contractual, personal, or other rights, including using, uploading, transmitting, distributing, or otherwise making available any information made available through our services or the WebMish in a way that violates any party's trade secret, patent, copyright, mark, or other rights (including privacy or publicity rights);
3.7 Any attempt to intimidate, abuse, threaten, or treat WebMish and/or WebMish staff/assistants disrespectfully, whether here or elsewhere, will be viewed as disrespectful and could result in the removal of your Forum/Channel privileges, account suspension, or other benefits.
3.8 It is expressly forbidden to discuss or send communications that could be interpreted as disparaging WebMish, its users, members, sponsors, or service providers.
3.9 Forum posts and topics are not allowed to contain any form of advertising, referral-seeking, money offers, exchanges, or requests, or requests for services. It is also forbidden to share email addresses, connections to social media websites, instant messaging IDs, and illegal content, as well as to bombard the forum or channel with pointless posts, comments, messages, and duplicate discussions.
3.10 Try to get other members' passwords, account details, or other confidential information;
4. User Account
4.1 The same IP address may view each advertisement more than once, but credit is only given once per 24 hours. It is prohibited to access your account through proxies, VPNs, or shared network environments (including but not limited to LAN houses at schools, cybercafés, etc.). Doing so could result in your account being permanently suspended.
4.2 You must have a distinct username or email address for your account.
4.3 Only one user account may view advertisements on a computer or other device. All of the accounts implicated will be permanently suspended if they are used to view advertising on a single computer or other device.
4.4 Your account will be permanently suspended if you attempt to reload or view pages in a heavy manner, either manually or automatically.
4.5 It is not permitted to automatically reroute any page to WebMish or incorporate the WebMish website into any other website, whether or not it is visible.
4.6 All currency values shown in your account including phrases and withdrawals are in United States Dollar Tehther (USDT).
5. Referrals
5.1 Only referrals that you or your downline directly referred may earn you money.
5.2 You are not allowed to send unsolicited emails, coerce someone into becoming a recommendation, or offer them a paid sign-up deal, including PTSU. Your account may be permanently suspended as a result of such incidents.
5.3 The user's membership package and membership cost determine how many direct or indirect referrals they are allowed to make. You can find the corresponding limits in our channel or forum.
5.4 Referral clicks will neither be calculated nor be distributed. User can only earn the commission by selling membership and its rewards will be credited every three months when a user renew their membership.
6. Monetary Regulations
6.1 WebMish accepts and supports the payments made by BINANCE only. We currently do not offer any other services regarding transactions besides this mentioned service. Binance is the leading service provider in the field of online monetary transactions across the globe .Their security, flexibility and reliability are all well-known.
6.2 You must be conscious of all the plans offered and displayed by WebMish before proceeding any kind of transaction with WebMish. Members are advised to go through the fee structure imposed by WebMish.
6.3 The duration of the plans and the rates of the profits/bonuses could be changed due to the inflation and deflation. These changes may not affect members' usual income.
6.4 Profits are disbursed once every week (07days) to members.
6.5 Member cannot receive next profit until they post the screenshots of profit to our Channel or Forum.
6.6 All payments will be made via only BINANCE. No other payment processor is available at this time.
6.8 Members are not free from some of the taxes and fees levied by the payment processors. Profits received by our members from WebMish are taxable and the fees charged by the payment processors have to be borne by the members. WebMish will not bear these expenses on behalf of its members.
6.9 Members will have to pay the depository fee if charged by the payment processors.
6.10 The fee for withdraw is only 10% if your withdrawal amount is under 1000 USDT. Above this amount the fee is set to 17%.
6.11 There is no minimum payout threshold. You can withdraw your earnings at any time via above-mentioned payment method.
6.12 Each payment is processed manually at the time. In the event of a payment failure and / or cancellation, all applicable fees will be paid by the user.
6.13 After requesting a payment, the member must wait for seven working days before requesting another. This time limit is lower in other memberships.
6.14 All transactions between members and our management may be delayed due to any technical or natural trouble or issue (e.g., any bug or virus and the earthquake or any disaster). In the case, members are expected to keep themselves undisturbed and not lose the temper.
6.15 If any of aforementioned events occur, our support team will always be with you to keep all members informed and the news will be updated via Forum or newsletters.
6.16 You must use the buttons or links on your account to make all payments. We won't accept any other payment methods.
6.17 Digital content supplied at the time of purchase is the subject of all purchases and associated payments. Members can submit a support ticket to get in touch with our support staff directly if they are experiencing any problems with any of their purchases.
6.18 Your account may be permanently suspended if there is any fraud or fraudulent attempt involving payments.
7. Advertisement and its Conditions
7.1 Every website that is advertised is displayed inside the box, and it is the advertiser's duty to confirm that the website functions and shows within an Iframe as planned. Except for pages that break out of frames, have harmful code, redirect to another page, do not deliver all content via HTTPS, contain adult or illegal content, or feature any form of referral sales, we allow advertisements of any kind.
7.2 Additionally, it is prohibited to utilize WebMish's name in any advertisement for an unrelated business.
7.3 The website you are promoting ought to be able to handle several visitors per second.
7.4 Each ad can only earn a member money once every twenty-four hours.
7.5 We maintain the right to reject any advertisement that we deem inappropriate for display.
8. Anti-Fraud / Cheat Policy
8.1 If any member tries to hack our system or other users' accounts, it will promptly be detected by our system and the violator will then be suspended and his/her all investment/profit will be confiscated.
8.2 If a non-member attempts to hack your payment processor or your social email addresses,WebMish must not be held responsible for or blamed of the occurrence. WebMish will never ask you for your password(s).
8.3 WebMish only protects your information within its system.
8.4 WebMish will still try its level best to recover your lost email/password from a hacker, but we can not guarantee if it is beyond our control.
8.5 Any attempt to breach the system will be recorded. Our monitoring system will review all of your past activities and take appropriate action when you request a reimbursement. To guarantee the stability of our system and the security of our members' accounts, we will be continuously monitoring.
9. Account Suspension/Prorogation of Member
9.1 You can exercise your right to be forgotten and consent to the permanent suspension of your account due to inactivity, or you can manually close your account or contact us to have it permanently suspended.
9.2 To prevent recovery and/or re-utilization, any accounts that are permanently stopped will be archived and devoid of all non-essential data.
9.3 An account is immediately cancelled upon permanent suspension.
9.4 Your account will be temporarily suspended and a positive account balance will be reset following 30 days of inactivity. an account that is dormant for 60 days in a row.
9.5 Before terminating or suspending any Account you have created (or that is linked with you) using our Services, we may warn you about any violations of these Terms if we find, in our sole and absolute discretion, that you have done so. You understand and agree, however, that we are under no obligation to give you any prior warning or notice before suspending or terminating your account and your access to WebMish. We have complete and unrestricted authority to do so at any time and for any reason. You promise not to try to join, re-join, or create another account in any of our Programs without our prior written consent in the event that we terminate or suspend your account.
10. Reporting Violations of Copyright
10.1 You should let us know if you think any user-posted content, content, or other items on or through WebMish or our Services—including through a hyperlink—infringe your copyright. Every written notification of alleged infringement that we receive will be processed, and we will respond appropriately in compliance with the relevant intellectual property laws. In suitable situations, and at our sole discretion, we have a policy of blocking and/or terminating serial infringers, subject to reasonable constraints.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 You understand that the WebMish Services are valuable intellectual property and trade secrets of the Company and others, having been developed, compiled, prepared, revised, selected, and arranged by the Company and others over a significant period of time, effort, and financial investment.
11.2 Enforcing these intellectual property rights to the maximum degree allowed by law is our policy. The Company or third parties own the trademarks, logos, and service marks ("Marks") that are displayed on WebMish services. These marks cannot be utilized without the prior consent of either the Company or the third party. Along with other domestic and international laws and treaties, the WebMish Services are also protected as a collective work or compilation under applicable copyright. Members are not permitted to use, transfer, dispose of, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works of any content on WebMish for commercial or public purposes, unless specifically permitted herein.
11.3 By implication, estoppel, or otherwise, nothing in this document shall be interpreted as giving the user any ownership interest in any trademark, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property right owned by the company or any third party. In addition to the documentation, software, contents, graphics, designs, data, computer codes, ideas, know-how, "look and feel," compilations, translations, digital conversions, and other materials included in the WebMish and related to our Services, as well as any modifications and derivative works thereof, the Company is the sole owner of all worldwide rights, title, and interest in and to all of these materials.
12. Liability
12.1 WebMish reserves the right to change or modify its Terms & Conditions at any time with or without notification.
12.2 WebMish reserves the right to terminate account(s) on the grounds of suspect. Suspended/Terminated accounts are not reversible.
12.3 WebMish is affiliated with (official and unofficial) several third parties. Their names could not be disclosed due to security purpose.
12.4 WebMish does not provide any other services apart from Advertisement Services.
12.5 WebMish reserves the right to withhold or call off any transaction for a certain reason and members will plausibly and fairly be notified/emailed.
12.6 This website is primarily in English. Any other language is translated from that primary language, and the English version will be used if there are any questions.
12.7 These terms and conditions are subject to change at WebMish's discretion. Except for changes brought about by events outside of our company, which will be communicated as they happen, any significant changes to these conditions and the justification for them will be beforehand announced in our Forum/Channel. If a member objects to any modifications to these Terms of Service, they have the option to terminate their account.
12.8 WebMish is not in charge of paying any taxes on the money you get from us. Declaring what you have received and paying taxes to your country are your responsibilities.
12.9 All the contents of WebMish.com belong to none other than itself. Copying or Printing its content or any other part of the website is strictly prohibited until the permission is granted by its managers.
